1. Inaugural Session

The Inaugural Session will be held on 28th December, 2024 in the morning at the conference venue, Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, Colombo. The chief guest of the conference will be Prof. Rob Hyndman, Monash University, Australia. The keynotes will be delivered by Prof. Tim Swartz, Simon Fraser University, Canada and Prof. Rob Hyndman. 3. Networking dinner

The Networking Dinner of ISC 2024 will be held on 29th December, 2024 at the conference venue.This enchanting event offers a unique opportunity to connect, engage, and build meaningful relationships with influential academics, scholars, scientists, practitioners, industry experts, students, researchers, and passionate individuals in the field of statistics/data science.

4. Participate in an exclusive city tour of Colombo

All foreign registrants of ISC 2024 are eligible to participate in this exclusive city tour around Colombo in an open deck double decker bus. The tour will be free of charge for all foreign registrants. The tour will take place on Day 1 night and will be a 1 & half hour tour covering major attractions, namely, the Independence square, lotus tower, Replica of Aukana Buddha Statue, Galle Face Promenade. The participants will be given the chance to get down at Independence Square and take a closer look at traditional Sinhalese architecture with its intricate carvings.
