Registration fees for the Conference/Pre-conference

**Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate Student presenters of submissions who are affiliated with a local state university are eligible for a reduction in the registration fee as follows with a valid proof of evidence of student status:
Full-time undergraduate students: 50% (One day: LKR 6,000; Both days (early-bird): LKR 10,000)
Full-time Postgraduate students: 25% (One day: LKR 9,000; Both days (early-bird): LKR 15,000)
As evidence a copy of the student ID certified by the registrar of the Faculty and a letter from the supervisor need to be submitted. If the student is a recent graduate, the effective date of the degree should be after 01/01/2024 and a letter confirming this from the Head of the relevant academic department should also be submitted. The related evidence is required to be submitted via an email to IASSL [email protected] and obtain confirmation on eligibility prior to the registration.
Life members of IASSL who are locally affiliated are eligible for a 15% (One day: LKR 10,200; Both days (early-bird): LKR 17,000) reduction in the registration fee. Please enter your membership number in the 'payment reason' box when registering. Please write to IASSL [email protected] if you have forgotten your membership number.
Payment Instructions
All presenters/co-authors of contributed submissions please enter your submission ID and the presenter/co-author status in the 'payment reason' box when registering. All presenters of invited submissions please enter 'invited speaker' in the 'payment reason' box when registering. All other participants please enter 'participant' as 'payment reason' box when registering.
# Please note that an individual is eligible for only one type of concession. The above concessions are only applicable to one-day and early-bird (both days) rates. 'Local' fees are applicable to all Sri Lankan authors/participants who are current residents of Sri Lanka. Please register by choosing the correct amount as instructed above. Registrations for Conference Dinner (for locals) can be made via this payment gateway too as a separate transaction.
1. Please mention the participant's name with initials as the 'payee name' when paying through the payment gateway.
2. If preferred, local participants may pay directly to the IASSL account and email the transaction receipt to [email protected] cc to [email protected]. Please mention sender/beneficiary remarks as follows:
